GIF, the main purpose of the GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT
STRATEGIC COUNCIL (GIISC) is to be the asset management & strategic planning
backbone for the development and growth of the CITADEL GIF (Global Infra
structure
Fund). Its mission is to bring its multi-faceted global expertise, contacts and insights to
provide Citadel GIF with strategic planning & positioning advice, global infrastructurerelated
business investment opportunities & recommendations, sovereign wealth
management & asset management assistance, and the potential for generating
exceptional returns on investment (ROI) for their Fund(s). In addition to providing Citadel GIF with important sovereign wealth management
investment assistance, GIISC reviews and analyzes the events, happenings,
underlying motivations, directions & coming transformational changes of the entire
world by connecting - from a macro and micro point of view - all of the puzzle pieces
(key areas of interest include geopolitical, economic, infrastructure, finance, banking,
health, energy, transformative technologies, emerging market needs, and other
related areas) and their trends in order to provide Citadel GIF with not only new short
and long-term excellent highly-profitable business opportunities . . . but also with
important national and multi-national infrastructure improvements and their
concomitant asset-backed, infrastructure investment opportunities. Additionally, the GIISC is responsible the development and asset management
(including ROI objectives) of the Institutional Infrastructure Partners whom it brings
to the Citadel GIF for the funding of its infrastructure-related programs / projects. The structural foundation, of the GIISC’s business investment analysis and
management advice, is derived from its focus based on its three main pillars relating
to 1) the infrastructure funding needs of emerging growth markets & supporting
technologies, 2) the global transformation occurring through the BRICS Movement
and those countries aligned/aligning with the BRICS Movement (like many Latin
American countries & other regions), and 3) Asset-backed infrastructure-related
investment opportunities in accordance with the principles of Islamic Finance. Supporting its core structural foundation are its supporting columns which include
maximizing additional opportunities which are being presented from growing and
ongoing developing trends in Crowd Funding techniques, and Crypto-Currency. Together GIISC and Citadel GIF are also developing an important bridge between
Asian investors, Asia-Pacific economic growth needs that are in high demand (such
as important natural resources like iron, copper, zinc, aluminum, and other key ores)
and the mineral-rich, extensive supply of natural resources from Latin American
mining to create win-win relationships for all parties involved with the GIISC & Citadel
