Richard Haass of the Council on Foreign Relations remembers different ways to always stay in control of an interview. A prepared guest is a confident guest with a message to share, and no type of question should shake that confidence.

" It's a loaded way of asking. It's not a useful way, because so much of that depends upon one's expectations. We now have a year of evidence. It's better just to say, "Here's my take on it -- here's what I like and here is what gives me heartburn or worse." Otherwise you're playing off your own expectations."
