Just letting you know that we have several offices open for full or part-time rental. We also rent spaces by the day/1/2 day/week etc. Please give me a call at (919) 607-0764 if you are interested and need space to work.

Each rental receives 1 full day or ½ day use of one of our two executive conference rooms per month.
WiFi, utilities, coffee, soda and water included.
Electronic access – so office space available when needed, not on a set schedule.
Online scheduling and payment also available.

We welcome Andy Bowen to Foundry and Forge! Andy's a Washington native who just relocated from Charlotte, and we're so excited he chose our location for his office space. Andy is an EXPERT in the remote working community as that is how he began his career.

Andy's a creative generalist who's held strategy and product roles at media businesses and eCommerce startups across multiple industries — and he did it all remotely. Currently, he leads distributed workforce development at Cimpress, the parent company of Vistaprint, where he's focused on building infrastructure and culture that support a work-from-anywhere model.

"Ultimately, my job is to advocate for people — to foster a better work-life-harmony across the organization. It's a fantastic privilege, and I'm thrilled to do it from Washington, the place we call home. The mass exodus from big cities has just begun. As talent disperses and the workforce becomes more transient, the two factors that will determine whether people decide to live, visit, or vacation in Washington are high-speed internet and co-working facilities like Foundry & Forge."

The Captain's Compass is back up and running after repairing the damage from one of our storms late summer. Are you looking for a place for your Book Club, Craft Club or Study Group to meet?? Let me introduce you to Judy Olschofka of Strategic Financial Group. She will be at Foundry and Forge this Thursday, Nov 12 for a FREE information session. She will cover a number of topics, including: the CARES Act (March 2020), the Secure Act (December 2019), Wealth Accumulation Strategies, Family protection, Retirement planning options and the pros and cons associated.
Judy and Marty will give the presentation at 10am and then be around to answer any questions you might have for them. The will also take appointments in the afternoon to review you current situation and look for opportunities to continue to grow your money in the best way for you and your lifestyle and/or needs.
