AUCTION BUYER TERMS:
• All purchasers must register for a bidder’s number to bid and must be of contractual age (18 years old) A form of picture identification is required to verify information.
• All purchases are to be PAID IN FULL day of auction. Financing must be arranged prior to auction.
• Payment Methods are CASH or CREDIT CARD. (Excepting checks for established approved customers or wit
h a bank letter approving funds). There is a $40.00 service charge for any returned check.
• There is a 4% Convenience Fee for all credit/debit card transactions. (Cash discount)
• All vehicles & items are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License.
• There is a $45.00 title documentation fee per vehicle purchased. (or anything with a title)
• Temporary License plates are available to purchase for $15.00 (Valid for 45 days).
• The Buyer is responsible for having insurance before driving the vehicle. (The Temp Plate does not provide insurance)
• LOOK BEFORE YOU BID! All items and vehicles are sold "AS-IS WHERE-IS”. All faults and descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not guaranteed. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of the item’s condition. We encourage you to preview and inspect on Thursday or Friday before the auction. Information recorded such as mileage, hours, etc. is only a guide for customer convenience. Please refer to online VIN checks for accuracy.
• Once you are the winning bidder, it is yours and you are obligated to pay for the items you won. Graber Auctions, LLC are AGENTS ONLY, they do not give price reductions or refunds. As soon as you become the winning bidder, you are responsible to protect against Theft, loss or breakage, even if you have not checked out or paid for your items.
• “TA” means that the Title is Absent today. The seller has 21 days to produce the title. If, after 21 days have passed and you have not received your title, you may return the vehicle for a full refund of the purchase price and sales tax. If the title arrives at our office before you have returned the vehicle, it can no longer be refunded even if it is after 21 days. (It is recommended that the purchaser not spend any money on the vehicle until the title is received).
• "IF" sales are conditional sales pending seller approval. The buyer is bound by the contract unless a rejection is made by the seller by 1:00 pm day of auction.
• Graber Auctions employees reserve the right to place bids on any item.
• Graber Auctions reserves the right to remove items from auction or skip items once auction has begun. In the event an item is removed from auction or skipped any Prebid’s/absentee bids will be void. All announcements made by the auctioneer shall supersede any printed material.
• Some vehicles and equipment items are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Reserves, if any, are not disclosed. Sellers will be at the auction to accept or reject the bid or via phone call.
• Vehicles and items left on auction lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner. Items left more than 30 days at our facility are subject to resell without notice for storage fees.
• Photography, video & audio recording is used on the premises and will be used for security and/or promotional purposes. HOURS OF OPERATION:

SELLER INFORMATION TO SELL AT AUCTION
• A consignment contract must be completed and signed before auction.
• Items, Vehicles, and Titles must be at the auction by Thursday at 5 pm.
• The vehicle title must be in the seller’s name. Open titles are not accepted. (The payment goes to the name on the front of the title).
• Reserve prices may be placed on items valued at $500 or above. If a reserve is placed, it will not be sold unless the bidding reaches the reserve price or higher.
** A Sliding-Scale Commission will be deducted from the selling price of each item sold. (Commission rates are posted in the office.) Your check will be ready for pickup or mail on Tuesday following the auction.
• Extra charges will occur if the auction has expenses such as fuel, flat tires, battery charging, trash removal, etc.
• NOT ACCEPTING household items on the live auction (first Saturday of the month).
• Tires & Misc Consignments will have a disposal fee if they do not sell.
• We do not charge a No-Sale Fee for the first and second try. If we run your Items/vehicles more than twice there will be a $50.00 No-Sale Fee.
• Vehicles left on the auction lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner. The Seller must maintain insurance against loss and/or damage to the property. (Seller acknowledges and agrees that all risk of loss or damage to the Property will remain with the Seller until proceeds from its sale are received by you, the Seller).
