Its getting close to the big freeze if you work for a restaurant, own a restaurant or just plain eat at a restaurant.You should think about or recommend calling D&L Services to have the kitchen Exhaust system cleaned.

A restaurant that called for a bid. Had been having another company clean their system on a quarterly schedule and paying them good money. This duct has never Been cleaned. Know what your paying for.

Grease fires could cause millions of dollars in damage. Or loss of life. Know your system and know your cleaning contractor.

The fire started in grease accumulations in a vent above a pizza oven in Luciano's, said San Antonio Fire Department Battalion Chief William Pavliska. A duct at Tony Roma's Ribs, a restaurant adjacent to Luciano's, was damaged as firefighters worked to stop the fire, Pavliska said.
