Don’t forget per ballot measure 1 sick pay in Alaska is mandatory beginning July 1st 2025. Minimum wage also increases to $13.00 an hour.

I keep seeing an ad for BOIR.ORG saying that the deadline for filing BOIs is past. This is NOT true. Per official FinCen.gov website, in light of the federal court order, companies are not required to report ownership information at this time.

Please be aware on the BOIR.ORG website specifically says on website they are not affiliated with the US Government or FinCen. If you decide to complete your BOIR, remember to do so through FinCen.gov!
