Michele works in Accounts Payable, where her dedication, reliability, and loyalty to the company have made her an important part of our team. Throughout her three decades with JP Maguire, Michele has always been willing to step in and help wherever needed.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and especially treasures time spent with her grandchildren.

We’re excited to welcome our newest Mitigation Technician to the JP Maguire team!

Bringing a strong commitment to helping others during times of need, they are a great addition to our mitigation team. They hold multiple industry certifications, including Asbestos Abatement, OSHA 30, HAZWOPER, and Lead Abatement, providing valuable training and knowledge for the work we do every day.
Outside of work, they enjoy fellowship, staying active, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family. Their passion for helping others, both personally and professionally, reflects the dedication and compassion we value at JP Maguire.

Employee Spotlight, Week #3

"After faithfully serving our country in the Navy for 8 years, I got into the construction world. Thirteen years ago, I started in new construction, building whole developments in Virginia. After a brief stint in the machinery and technology world, I came back to the career I enjoyed most which was carpentry. I went into the remodeling business where it helped sharpen my carpentry skills, and also helped me develop problem solving skills with combining existing structures with new materials. All this experience was essential for my growth and impact I have with JP Maguire for the past three years. I enjoy being able to put back together every customer’s house and bringing them whole again."
