At 50, I made a major career shift from business consulting to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), driven by my daughter Grace and the work we began at PosAbilities Center. What started as a personal mission evolved into my true passion, and today, we continue to expand our services at PosAbilities Clinic to meet the growing demand for ABA professionals.
