Driveway Restoration Complete!

Another project wrapped up by Twisted K Land Services!

We were contacted by a homeowner whose driveway had become so overgrown with grass and vegetation that it was difficult to even tell where the driveway was. To bring it back to life, we started by removing the top few inches of overgrowth and built-up material to get back down to a solid, hard-packed base.

Once the driveway was properly cleaned up, we hauled away all of the removed material and brought in fresh asphalt millings to create a durable new driving surface. After spreading the millings, we rolled and compacted everything to ensure a smooth, solid finish built to last.

The end result is a clean, functional driveway that not only looks great but will provide reliable access for years to come.

🚧 Major Farm Improvement Project Completed! 🚧

We recently wrapped up a large project that completely transformed this property and improved both functionality and accessibility around the farm.

We started by clearing approximately half an acre to make room for a new pole barn pad. From there, we installed over 500 feet of drainage, tying in all of the property’s downspouts to help manage water and keep the area dry.

We also prepared the horse barn for its next phase by grading the floor for concrete and installing a floor drain to ensure proper drainage inside the building. To improve access around the farm, we constructed a new driveway surrounding the horse barn, making it much easier to maneuver tractors, equipment, trailers, and livestock.

To finish things off, we removed the overgrown grass, weeds, and brush surrounding the barn, opening the area up and creating a much cleaner, more functional space for everyday farm operations.

🚧 Another Driveway & Drainage Project Completed! 🚧

This customer was dealing with water running across their driveway, causing washouts and making maintenance a constant battle. To solve the issue, we installed over 250 feet of French drain to capture and redirect the water away from the driveway, helping protect it for years to come.

While we were there, the customer also wanted to improve the layout of their driveway. The original entrance had a sharp bend, so we reworked the driveway to create a straighter, more functional approach. We then brought in fresh gravel, refreshed the parking areas, and topped over 250 feet of driveway with new stone before rolling and compacting everything for a smooth, durable finish.

The end result is improved drainage, easier access, and a fresh new look for the entire property.

Another project completed by Twisted K Land Services!

This customer was dealing with excessive standing water throughout their property, so we came in and installed over 3,000 feet of drainage tile across the yard to help improve drainage and dry out the wet areas.

While on site, we also cut in a brand-new 200-foot long by 15-foot wide driveway, creating a full turnaround for easier access and convenience. To finish off the project, we removed the loose stone in front of the pole barn, regraded the area for proper drainage and a smooth surface, then topped it with a fresh layer of recycled 2A gravel for a clean, durable finish.

🚧 Project Completed for Northeast Fire Department – Fuller Hose Company 🚧

We’re proud to have recently completed a project for the Northeast Fire Department’s Fuller Hose Company after they acquired a neighboring property to expand their facilities.

We began by safely demolishing the existing house and removing the entire structure from the site. We then excavated the basement, brought in and compacted gravel to properly fill the area, and prepared the property for its next use. Once the site was cleared, we stripped the topsoil from the lot, completed the necessary grading, and constructed a new gravel parking area to provide additional parking for the department.

We’re honored to help support the organizations that serve our community and appreciate the opportunity to be a part of this project. Thank you to Northeast Fire Department – Fuller Hose Company for trusting Twisted K Land Services with the job.
