After a wild ride of weather for the past two months, it was nice to have weekend of calm beauty. 🌅 We enjoyed sharing our time with all who joined us and look forward to more sips and memories.

💕 We all LOVE Mothers, and especially today we recognize all the sacrifice and hard work our moms 🫂 give the world…

But one special added shoutout today to another mother we don’t often think of - MOTHER NATURE 🌎- who has bounced back after the trying frosts of late April to give us a Secondary Bud Break! 🌱

What a nice surprise to see these babies 👶 🍼 pop out on this glorious day. Come by the winery and celebrate 🙌 all moms, both superhuman and supernatural!

🌱 As many have shared, it is was a very cold and tough night in Western Loudoun for the many vineyards that tried to combat Jack Frosts unforgiving last gasps of winter. 🥶

This is the sun rising on the buds before they lost what remained of their green splendor. We are hopeful and monitoring for secondary buds 🤞

🏅🏅Our two newest gold medal recipients are PROSSIMO 2021 Meritage Blend and PHOEBE 2022 Petit Verdot. Two very different wines celebrating different milestones of life (🇨🇭life living in Riva San Vitale Switzerland; and that lucky surprise that turned us in to a family of 5 🤷‍♀️).
