Guys, my boss demanded a video for the 5th annual Stationery Store Day but I panicked while making this and made it into a horror clip.

Please ignore the threatening aura and come to Stationery Store Day in two weeks and don't tell my boss I made stationery scary ok???

Saturday, August 1st!! There will be special stuff. Stuff so special that even we don't know all the details yet. (And again, it won't be scary. It's fine.)

Getting to have our shop in a building built in 1907 always has its surprises!!

Our Cedar Falls shop is getting a little facial today - so it looks a little crazy outside. 😆 You can still come in!! There is no debris or danger, just some guys working up high.. there is a clear path to our door if you stick close to the building.

Anyway, Annie will be here all day, come say hi and ponder historic buildings with her. 🤓

I never junk journal but I tried my hand at it with some goodies from . 😅 We loved being a part of it again this year and it is always so fun to meet a buncha stationery-heads. Plus Chicago is one of our favorite places, so any excuse to get there is a good one. 😄

PS: We had a gaggle of letterpress buddies there this year and they aren't represented in this spread at all because a greeting card would take up my whole page. 🤪

A review from a happy customer - no, really!

I can't tell you how happy it makes me to hear someone say they love our shop. Each and every item in here is hand picked (and many hand made!!) by me or Brandon. It's not cookie cutter, it's not following trends or seasons, it's just us. It's a joy to build a little safe space of art, trinkets, and paper.
