You should head on over to the Laughing Tree Cafe in the Waterloo Arts Center for lunch! Tues-Fri 10-3, Sat 8-1. New Saturday breakfast menu! Lots of delicious fresh foods, such as this:

SALADS:
Bodhi Spring Salad (vegan, gluten free)
Fresh mango, cucumber, and avocado and grape tomatoes, with fresh spring greens, candied walnuts, h**p seeds, cilantro and a Ginger Lime vinaigrette.

(this might be the best salad I've ever tasted, yes, it's very very good).

The best lunch view by the river in town, whether you want to eat indoors or outdoors. Reasonable prices for a good healthy meal! Check out the art exhibitions at no charge when you're done!

You should go check out the Laughing Tree Cafe in the Waterloo Arts Center for lunch! Additional breakfast menu on Saturdays! Tues-Fri 10-3, Sat 8-1. Lots of delicious fresh foods, such as this:

Naral Masoor Dal (Indian Red Lentil Soup, vegan, gluten free)
A wonderful blend of dried Indian red lentils, sweet onions, Indian spices and coconut milk in a vegetable broth with fresh cilantro.
