I’m so grateful to be a nurse and I always find myself reflecting on the many amazing nurses I’ve had the privilege to work alongside over the years. Nurses truly are the heart of healthcare. The compassion, dedication, resilience, and ability to walk beside people during both their best and hardest days is something so special and unique.

Physical Therapist Doll Therapy Testimonial: I recently worked with a patient who was resistant to walking and hesitant to engage in therapy. After introducing doll therapy, we placed her doll in a basket on her walker and I said, “Let’s take the baby for a walk.”

Her entire demeanor changed—she became motivated, cooperative, and eager to participate.
