In late September, we celebrated Jason Fort's (Production Manager) retirement! He had 10 hard-working years at SI and will be missed. You'll catch him on his back deck enjoying the warmer days, checking things off his project list and sleeping in past 6am! Enjoy Jason!

Recognize anyone in this post?! Each year, our parent company, VGM Group, Inc. recognizes top performers with their prestigious Awards Ceremony. This year, our one and only Keith McClatchey, Director of Print Operations, is a finalist for the Welcome Change award! Keith embodies all the qualities this award represents, and we are so grateful for all that he has brought and continues to bring to SI. With heavy hearts, we share the heartbreaking news of Shauna's passing. Shauna was not just a colleague at Strategic Imaging; she was a cherished friend and a source of inspiration to us all. Her contributions to VGM were immeasurable, and her presence will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

VGM is deeply saddened to share the passing of Shauna Anderson, Director of Finance – Strategic Imaging. Our hearts go out to her husband, Adam, and three children Brayden (VGM Corp. IT), Gracelyn, and Sofia during this difficult time.

In honor of Shauna, VGM Headquarters will be lit purple and gold tonight through Sunday as Shauna earned her master’s degree from UNI this past spring. We will also be making a charitable donation to Cedar Bend Humane Society in her name. Shauna was an animal lover, and her family adopted their dog from Cedar Bend. If you knew Shauna, we encourage you to share your memories of her below.
