A nice piece about d-bag Darter from before he torpedoed his own reputation by being an arrogant, insufferable prick of a mayor and human being. I'm surprised Linda doesn't divorce his alcoholic ass after what he's revealed himself to be to all the people of Waterloo, a liar and a con-man.
