Friday was the first of my last 5 closings with KW. This one came courtesy of a good buddy of mine who I’ve known for quite some time. Dan and Italia were looking for their first home that they could grow in and make their own. We found the perfect property in a great location, and in a couple weeks after some upgrading, they’ll have an incredible house to live in until it’s on to their next adventure. Yesterday was a big day for an impressive young couple as I was able to help them close on their first house! Coming from out of state, I was lucky enough to receive a referral from another KW agent from Ohio (thank you Beth!) to find the perfect first house for her daughter and her fiancé! And I was able to do just that. Jam pack a day full of showings one after the other, just to end up going with the first house we saw. I still like to consider myself somewhat young, whether it’s actually the case or not, and
these two youngsters still impressed me with their professionalism, questions, attention to detail, and their all around demeanor. Here’s to many happy memories in your new home and endless success in your lives! Thank you guys both for trusting me through this process and being two incredible people. It was an absolute pleasure!

One of the most fun parts of my job is contacting leads that end up being family friends, and making things happen for them! What started off as a simple phone call to a lead quickly turned into a lengthy chat about our families history through the years in this small north country.
