In the spirit of keeping up with closings (or at least trying to) I have one that closed back in July but is of course worth posting. Actually, it started with a call on the Bear Paw cabin that just closed! Betsy and Debbie called me on my Bear Paw listing but we were already under contract. But I told them I’d definitely find them something. Sure enough a few days later they made the trip from Florida up to see this perfect little place on Number Four Road and they fell right in love with it! I know they’ve been working right along since closing getting it just how they want it, but I wanted to say congratulations again and I hope you guys had an incredible late summer, and the best fall. Keeping the closings coming, I was able to bring buyer and seller together on this incredible cabin on Bear Paw Lane, and I was able to see land and properties my dad and I used to drive by on four wheelers for years! The Mendiola’s came to me in the midst of moving on to their next life adventure, and wanted their cabin sold before winter time. SO, once I walked the property and had pictures taken, I drove out to put my lockbox on the door and signs by the road. Before I got home I got a call for a full price offer. We’ll take it! Congratulations to the Mendiola’s on the sale, and thank you guys for trusting me to get this done for you! Best of luck with wherever life takes you and it was a pleasure!

Last Friday marked a big turning point in my real estate career. My chapter with Keller Williams has officially come to an end, as this was my last KW closing.
