Caramel Apple is back!

Turn over a new leaf this September with Hawk Ridge Winery as we rotate the favorite Caramel Apple September wine slushie back into your glasses! With a pinot grigio base, crisp apple meets warm caramel for this fall classic. Flavors of apple and spice will fill your glass with rich caramel lining your glass, topped with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar.

Winemaker Mo has been holding onto this secret for wayyyyyy too long… but it’s finally here! A sweet barbera variety brimming with fresh watermelon flavor and hints of citrus. Sweet, yes, but incredibly refreshing.

For all you Summer’s Day Surprise lovers, this one’s for you. Think of it as the pink bottle to sit right alongside our famous blue bottle peach wine, same sweet-yet-refreshing magic!

Introducing our Barn Bar: open through October!

The centerpiece of it all? A stunning hand-painted hawk wings mural by local artist Audrey Giordano — the kind of backdrop you’ll want to sit with for a while (and yes, snap a photo in front of).

We built this space around that view: more seating, live music, and drinks in hand, so you can settle in and take it all in.

Harvest Hawk Pumpkin Spice Pinot Grigio, the release everyone waits for, drops Friday, August 28th.

But we're not just pouring it, we're pairing it. Winemaker Mo teamed up with Uncommon's Chef Ramon to build 4 bite-sized courses made specifically for this wine: one dinner, one night only, the same day it releases.

Grab your gloves & shears - it's Harvest season at Hawk Ridge! 🍇

We're looking for volunteers to help us bring in this year's grapes with Winemaker Mo. You'll learn how to harvest straight from the vine and be part of the very first step in turning fruit into wine.

Harvest spans 3 weekends in September. Choose what weekend works best for you and email our winemaker Mo at [email protected] to register or for more information!

Harvesting on every weekend is from 8AM – 12PM. Hawk Ridge provides Free lunch + a bottle of wine to take home for all of your hard work!

Summer Fridays at Hawk Ridge start this week.

Our new barn bar is open, and we're kicking it off right: live music from Tim MacDonald 5–8pm, with Uncommon Grill set up at the bar serving double smash burgers and vineyard dogs.

We're also pouring something brand new — our Blueberry Lavender Wine Seltzer. Under 100 calories, big flavor, and about as refreshing as it gets after a long week!

Bring the family, bring the dog, bring whoever needs a Friday night at the vineyard. Grab a picnic table, watch the sun go down over 60 acres, and let somebody else do the cooking (but you should probably bring lawn chairs and blankets in case all those tables get snagged)!
