A NOTE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR✉️

Over the past several months, the Greater Watertown-North Country Chamber of Commerce has undertaken an important strategic planning process. Through conversations with members and our Board of Directors, one message came through clearly: our Chamber must continue evolving to meet the changing needs of today's business community.

As a result, we are excited to announce the relaunch of Chamber membership in the coming days. Guided by our strategic plan, we have restructured the membership program to provide clear value and better align with the needs of businesses and organizations throughout Jefferson County.

What does this mean for you? 📣
There is nothing you need to do to maintain your membership. Your benefits will automatically transition to our new membership structure when the relaunch takes effect.

As part of this transition, we are also implementing a new membership management platform. Once the system goes live, all members will receive instructions to create a login and access their member portal.

This relaunch represents more than a change in benefits or software; it marks a new chapter for the Chamber. We are strengthening our role as a catalyst for business growth, a convener of community leaders, and a champion for a thriving community.
