Hydroseed Supply is looking for an Inbound Customer Education Liaison to help us keep up with the amount of customer interest coming in.

This is not cold calling.

The demand is already here.

We have customers reaching out every day with questions about hydroseeding, products, equipment, supplies, application rates, shipping, and which solutions are right for their jobs.

Our approach has always been simple:
Educate first. Guide honestly. Help people make the right decision.

We don’t believe in high-pressure selling. We believe that when customers are properly educated and supported, the right solutions speak for themselves.

This position would involve:
- Following up with inbound leads
- Answering customer questions
- Helping customers understand their options
- Keeping customer information organized
- Providing timely, professional follow-up
- Supporting contractors, homeowners, landscapers, and businesses looking for hydroseeding solutions

We’re looking for someone who is:

Some contractors have been calling us for YEARS hoping TurfMaker lead times would drop, or that new inventory would suddenly be sitting here ready to go.
