Founded by Thomas J. Towle in 1984, the company employs 40 people and is located in Watertown, SD. Watertown Box is an independent sheet plant that can create a variety of packaging solutions for our customers. For more than 35 years, we have been providing fast and innovative solutions to the manufacturing, service, and retail industries. You can count on Watertown Box to be your one-stop shop for all your packaging needs. Large or small, we can handle them all.

WATERTOWN BOX IS HIRING! Located in Watertown, SD.

Watertown Box is adding additional Production Team Members to our workforce. We are open to both fulltime or part-time. A Production Team Member is responsible for the operation of machines to produce quality boxes. Employee must:
A. Read order forms, set up machine, and operate machine to run orders
B. Follow safety guidelines of the company
C. Be able to physically lift product to machine regularly, up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with partner lift.
D. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
E. Arrive on time and have good attendance
Hours:
Flexible Hours within the following shifts:
Monday-Thursday - 6 am - 3:30 pm
Friday - 6 am - 10 am
OR
Monday-Friday - 7 am - 3:30 pm

The SDSU Ice Cream Truck will be at Watertown Box on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 11 am - 1 pm. It is open to the public! Stop by and grab some of your favorite ice cream!
