What an achievement for Desert Willow Golf Resort and their General Manager, Derek White, as they achieved Gold Flag Status, as well as scooping Superintendent, F&B and Retail Manager of the year titles, and the best one-off golf visit experience at the recent 59club USA Service Excellence Awards Ceremony.

Derek pays tribute to his team, and how they’ve worked tirelessly to achieve the Gold Standard of Excellence.
