Did we produce a full ESPN-style broadcast for our internal hot dog eating contest? We did. Apparently, one video was not enough to contain it. Part two is here, and this is where things really got out of hand. A champion was crowned, a title was claimed, and we captured all of it on a full ESPN-style broadcast because of course we did. Year four of the VizyPay Hot Dog Eating Contest is right around the corner, and if history tells us anything, the broadcast team will be ready.

The moment we've all been waiting for! Find out who was crowned cha...

Morning at VizyPay with Vaha feels like stepping into instant momentum. He’s already locked in, checking in with Account Executives, answering questions, and helping the team in the field close their next deal. Whether it’s troubleshooting, strategizing, or giving that extra push of confidence, he’s always in their corner. In sales, there really aren’t breaks or days off, just quick pit stops before getting right back to it, and Vaha lives that pace every day while still making time for real conversations and building strong relationships across the team.

When the day starts to wind down, that energy doesn’t disappear. You’ll probably catch Vaha kicking back with a High Noon or Press in hand, keeping it simple and relaxed with the crew. It’s that mix of grind and genuine connection that makes his presence such a big part of the VizyPay culture, where teammates turn into friends and the work feels a little more fun.

Outside the office, Vaha is all gas and no brakes. Fast cars, Polo G on repeat, and yes, Cars stays in the rotation. But what really fuels him is his family. The sacrifices his parents made drive him to keep pushing forward every single day. That heart, hustle, and sense of humor is what he brings to VizyPay year after year, and it’s clear he’s not slowing down anytime soon. Happy Workiversary, Vaha.

Meet Charlie, the kind of person who lives by "stay ready so you don't have to get ready." At VizyPay, that mindset shows up every single day. Charlie has spent his time here sharpening a skill set that most people don't even realize has to work together at once: software development, networking, security, compliance, and speed. Keeping all of that moving without slowing the business down is no small thing, and Charlie makes it look easy.

Ask him what gets him fired up in the morning and he'll tell you it's Eminem's "Lose Yourself." Which honestly makes sense, because Charlie brings that same take-your-shot energy to the work. He'd even spend a day on the sales floor if he could, just to get closer to the merchants and see the real-world impact VizyPay is having. That curiosity about every corner of the business is exactly what makes him such a valuable part of the team.

And when he's off the clock? Charlie is fully off the clock. Whether he's out on the golf course or just spending time with family, he knows how to reset and come back even sharper. Happy workiversary, Charlie. VizyPay is better because you're in it.

Did we produce a full ESPN-style broadcast for our internal hot dog eating contest? We did. We are not apologizing for it. Year two of the VizyPay Hot Dog Eating Contest was exactly as dramatic and completely unnecessary as it sounds, and every single person involved gave it everything they had.

Year four is almost here. The announcer is warming up. This is only part one, so stay tuned.

If Denver wasn’t already on your radar, this one might change that. Robb’s DTO trip is the kind that mixes can’t-miss experiences with those underrated, blink-and-you-miss-it local spots that end up being the real story. This one is all about exploring the city in a way that actually supports the people who make it special. Dive into his Q&A below to see what made this trip stand out.

Q: What inspired you to take this trip?
A: My wife and I had so much fun at MeowWolf in Las Vegas that we decided to check out another location in Denver before our baby arrives this fall!

Q: What was the most memorable part of your trip?
A: Either the wonderful kindness shown by airport security to us (due to our pregnancy) or the French Onion Soup Dumplings we ate.

Q: What was the highlight of supporting a small business during this trip?
A: We visited many small businesses, but our favorite surprise was Recovering Hipster, a wonderful little boutique & vintage store where we found some fun tarot cards. We also loved all the weird and wonderful things in the Leaping Lemur Oddities Shop / Tattoo Parlor!

Q: What is one piece of advice you would give someone traveling to this destination?
A: MeowWolf is worth more than one visit, but give yourself plenty of time in between your adventures!

We put to the test and the results were... interesting.
Edgar hit the floor and asked the crew everything they know about the FIFA World Cup, and let's just say some of us should probably stick to our day jobs.

Year one. The one that started it all. Back when nobody knew what they were getting into, but everyone showed up ready to compete. This is what the VizyPay culture looks like, and we would not have it any other way. Round four is coming. The title is up for grabs.

Peyton just cashed in his DTO and took it all the way to Greece, and this one is hard to top. Athens, Milos, Paros, and a quick stop in Copenhagen later, he came back with stories about handmade leather sandals, rooftop meze dinners with live music, and beaches so unreal you have to see them to believe they exist. This is what happens when you put in the work, support small businesses, and earn the freedom to go explore the world on your own terms. Here is how it went.

Q: What inspired you to take this trip?
A: Greece! We started in Athens for a few nights, then made our way to Milos Island, followed by Paros Island, and finished with a quick stop in Copenhagen. The inspiration was to create something adventurous but with a relaxed beach feel. Picture being on a mountain completely surrounded by the ocean.

Q: What was the most memorable part of your trip?
A: The scenery. The beaches were unlike anything I've ever seen. We were swimming in coves, relaxing on the beach, and eating amazing food. You'd look around and think there's no way this place is real and that people actually live there.

Q: What was the highlight of capturing a small business supported during this trip?
A: The first was SavSadi on Paros Island, a small leather sandal shop where everything is handmade right in the store. They've been on the island for 12 years and have been crafting sandals by hand for over 30 years. Such a cool place and very nice people. The second was Anefani (ANE ANH), a Greek meze-style restaurant in Athens. We were seated on the rooftop with live music playing, but what really stuck with us was the dining culture. Greeks eat late, and they take their time. A prime dinner reservation is 9:30 or 10 pm, and people easily spend 2–3 hours at the table. It was a lot more intentional than it is in the US.

Q: What is one piece of advice you would give someone traveling to this destination?
A: Rent a car or an ATV and just go explore. Cover as much of the islands as you can because the views are everywhere, and they're all worth seeing. Just be ready to walk. Milos and Paros especially blew us away. There's so much to see if you're willing to get out and find it.

Paxton will be the first to tell you that when he started at VizyPay, he showed up ready to grow, and grow he did. His communication and people skills have leveled up in ways he never expected, which honestly tracks when you think about the kind of team he gets to work with every day. He keeps himself in the right headspace too, whether that means blasting "Just Had to Tell You" by Third Rail and Maxx Traxx before a big day or coming back to a quote from Sir Alex Ferguson that has always stuck with him: "It's one thing to have confidence in your own abilities. It's a completely different challenge to instill confidence in others." That mindset says a lot about who Paxton is and how he shows up for the people around him.

If you gave him a day to walk in someone else's shoes, he would probably shadow one of the sales directors, not because he thinks he would crush it (his words, not ours), but because he genuinely wants to understand every part of a merchant's journey with VizyPay. That curiosity is what makes him so good at what he does. And if you really want a fun fact to round him out, Paxton did not learn to ride a bike until fifth grade, which just goes to show that everyone figures it out eventually. Happy Workiversary, Paxton, we are glad you are here.
