One of the most common questions we get as a small business is: “Are you licensed?” 💭✨

And the answer is YES. 🤍

At Dream Delulu, food safety and professionalism are extremely important to us. We are licensed for events, catering, and operate under a food establishment license to ensure we are serving our community the right way. 👩🏽‍🍳

Another thing that’s important for us to share is that our food is not prepared out of a home kitchen. Everything is prepped and made out of a licensed commissary/commercial kitchen to help ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards every step of the way. ✅

In our industry, at least one manager is typically required to be ServSafe Certified — but I figured, why stop there? 💫

I wanted to personally become ServSafe Certified as well so I can continue learning, leading by example, and making sure food safety is understood from the top down. Because serving people isn’t just about creating a beautiful experience… it’s about doing it responsibly too. ✨

A little refresh 🧸✨

Over the last month, there have been a lot of transitions happening behind the scenes. And while some things in life are only meant for a season, I’m continuing to trust God’s plan through it all.

Not every chapter is meant to last forever, but I truly believe every season serves a purpose and I’m grateful for the lessons, growth, and people that were part of the journey along the way.

With that being said, Dream Delulu is entering a new chapter, and it felt like the perfect time for a rebrand that reflects the heart behind this business today.

Dream Delulu has always been deeply personal to me. It was built from faith, my testimony, and a dream that God placed on my heart to create experiences that bring people together and leave people feeling celebrated.

Same mission. Same passion. Same heart—just stepping into this next season with even more clarity. ☁️✨

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of being part of Jefferson Elementary School event in DSM and whew… we truly had no idea what we were walking into 😭✨

Over 200 people flooded our space, honestly close to 300 and let’s just say… Dream Delulu was BUSY. At one point, it felt like the entire event was standing in our line and we were trying our best to keep up with all the love.

We didn’t even get the chance to capture photos because we were nonstop serving the entire time, but honestly… that’s a blessing in itself.

To every person who stopped by, supported us, waited patiently, and left the sweetest feedback THANK YOU. Your kind words, reactions, and support are exactly what keeps me dreaming bigger (and yes… keeps me a little delulu enough to believe there’s so much more ahead 😂💜).

Thank you to Jefferson Elementary School for having us be part of such a fun event, and thank you to everyone who continues to support this small business. Moments like this remind me of why I keep going. It literally fuels me to see people come together. I now live by a Dream Big, Serve Bigger mentality because that’s truly my heart!

And based on yesterday… I think we owe & the PTA for having us!

For this special celebration, Dream Delulu had the honor of providing our mini pancake bar, along with a custom bobo balloon display featuring the church’s name to help make the day even more special 🤤🥞
