This past weekend some of our Enterprise team had the honor of attending the Milwaukee Heart & Stroke Ball and helping to support an amazing cause! ❤️

We’re thrilled to share that, together with so many generous supporters, we helped raise over $900,000 to benefit the American Heart Association (AHA), an organization that has been making bold moves to save lives and drive scientific discovery for more than 100 years.

The AHA’s efforts fund lifesaving research, community education, advocacy, and resources that help improve heart and brain health for people everywhere. We’re proud to partner with them and proud of the impact we can make when we come together for a cause that matters so deeply. ❤️🫀

Thank you to everyone who supports this mission - let’s keep the momentum going!

After an exceptional 28 years of service to Enterprise and his customers, Tim has decided to start the next chapter in his life. Tim’s last official day as an account manager for Enterprise Lighting was Dec 31, but selflessly he stayed on with us until the end of January, helping his replacement get to know his new accounts.

Tim came on board with us way, way back in early January 1998, having worked as an engineer at a few of the consulting firms in the Valley previously. His experience from that world immediately made him a natural fit for managing our specification accounts in the Valley, and over the years, his work ethic, good humor, intelligence, and reliability resulted in us gradually increasing his account base to include an ever-growing number of electrical contractors throughout the market. In 2021, we added all our customers in the UP of Michigan to his account package, which he took on with his typical enthusiasm.

We are so happy for Tim to join his wife Karie in some long-planned travel. We will really miss Tim’s warmth, easy laugh, and dedication to our customers throughout the Valley, North Central WI, and UP.

Tim, we appreciate you…

We have been planning the perfect little send-off party for him. Where else but in the shadow of his beloved Lambeau Field, at the Green Bay Distillery?? Please join us in congratulating Tim on this big life transition and celebrate with him. We sure hope to see you on March 5th!

A big thank you to Backstreet Pub for providing a private party space! 🍻

Huge shoutout to our amazing employees and customers who donated to our Waukesha Food Pantry Food Drive during our Customer Holiday Party last night! And a special thank-you to Harvey & Mike for generously matching employee donations with monetary contributions.

Your generosity reflects the incredible community we’re proud to be part of.

Honoring one of our own 🇺🇸

Monday night, one of our incredible teammates, Ryan Moore, was recognized at the Brewers game for his outstanding service to our country.

While many of us know Ryan for his diligence, dedication, and steady presence while at work, what some may not realize is the powerful story behind the uniform he once wore.

His service, sacrifice, and commitment to protecting our freedoms deserve to be seen and celebrated—not just at the ballpark, but every day.

Please join us in thanking him for his remarkable contributions both in and out of uniform. 👏💙

We’re excited to share our last for the year and are pleased to feature Andrea Goral:

Do you have any fun nicknames?
Many but the longest standing and completely inexplicable – Weeds or Weedy.

What hobbies do you enjoy?
“I have lots of hobbies! I drink wine. I eat cheese.” 😉 I also am a game enthusiast. I was raised in a VERY competitive family. We take games incredibly serious (to a fault by the general consensus of outsiders). My favorite games are Catch Phrase, Scrabble, Rummikub, Sudoku, Cribbage, and racing word finds (that’s a thing you do when everything MUST be a competition).

What do you do in your free time?
Mainly chauffer children, but my favorite thing to do is hang out with my family. It is always a loud, hilariously good time when we all get together.

What is your favorite movie?
I have a few— The Little Rascals, 10 Things I Hate About You, Newsies, and Shawshank Redemption.

Favorite music?
Nothing delights me more than annoying my family by blaring Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston endlessly on loop. Guilty pleasure is 90s R&B, but my most socially accepted genre of music would be Country.

What would you sing at Karaoke?
I only ever karaoke to “Shoop!” by Salt-N-Pepa with my sister Shannon. It is as bad a rendition as you’d imagine.

Favorite sport or sports team?
My kids’ current hockey, baseball, gymnastics, volleyball or softball team(s).

Favorite book?
My favorite genre of books is autobiographies/memoirs. One of my favorites is “Running with Scissors” by Augusten Burroughs.

Favorite food?
Soup, sushi and Cheetohs. Soooo salt…turns out I love salt!

Do you have any pet peeves?
Having to repeat myself more than once! (Tell me you’re a wife and mother without telling me you’re a wife and mother.)

Any pets?
BEWARE OF CAT – Rookie. He is to be loved on his terms only. They are brief, so be alert, or he will bite you.

Any kids?
Two; son Brock (17) and daughter Riley (14).

Will you share an interesting fact about yourself?
I’ve been friends with four of my best girlfriends since kindergarten/first grade, and we still hang out regularly.

Proud accomplishment?
Being a dedicated and loyal employee at Enterprise for 20 years!

What is your favorite thing about working with lighting?
I truly love helping people find the solutions they’re after and learning new things every day.

We hope you enjoyed getting to know Andrea and maybe even learned something new about her. Check back next year as we continue our series to learn more about our exceptional Enterprise team.

We couldn’t be more proud of our Enterprise Lighting employees — a group volunteered yesterday afternoon at the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS) in Waukesha. Our team made tie blankets and cat toys, and then helped unload 132 animals (88 dogs & 44 cats) off an airplane from areas of South Carolina that were hit by Hurricane Helene. These animals were sent to 8 different animal shelters in the state and 30 of the dogs went to HAWS, so we aided in cleaning their crates.

Being an office full of animal lovers, this was an organization we were more than happy to give our time to — If you are interested in learning more on how you can contribute to HAWS, visit their website at https://hawspets.org

Do you have any fun nicknames?
Jo Jo from my adorable niece

What hobbies do you enjoy?
I love to Kayak, Hike and Live Music.

What do you do in your free time?
Explore new Supper Clubs, trying to find the best Old Fashioned in the state and traveling. I am an adventurous soul.

What is your favorite movie?
Hands down, the Notebook. I am a die-hard romantic.

Favorite song / What would you sing at Karaoke?
Fishing in the Dark and Neon Moon. Sums up my love for country music. And I do not sing Karaoke, unless it is in the kitchen with my dogs.

Favorite sport or sports team?
Packer fan, through and through.

Favorite book?
The Notebook, it is better than the movie

Favorite food?
Mexican, I can eat it twice a day and have.

Do you have any pet peeves?
Yes, rude people. I wish we could go back to people being genuine and kind.

Any pets?
Yes, 2 Dogs. Buck and Charlie.

Any kids?
Yes, 2. My son Tyler is 26 and daughter will be 22 this week.

Proud accomplishments?

Interesting fact?
I love to host parties and wine tastings, guess that hospitality degree paid off.

We have the best team in the industry.
