At OwnersEdge, we’re proud to celebrate one of our own.

CBS 58 in Milwaukee just featured Jon Winker’s incredible journey. After being injured while serving in Iraq, Jon rebuilt his life, built a career with Baycom Inc and OwnersEdge, and eventually found purpose in adaptive racing.

Today he’s using hand-controlled race cars to open doors for other disabled veterans through Resilience Racing. His grit and generosity reflect the heart of an employee-owned company.

Giving back, together.

Last Thursday, a small but mighty group of OwnersEdge employee owners rolled up their sleeves at Hunger Task Force, Inc. and turned their volunteer hours into real impact.

Our group joined volunteers from other local businesses to sort and box an incredible 14,000 pounds of donated food into Stockboxes for local seniors in need.

At OwnersEdge, we believe in applying our ownership mindset to make a positive impact, both at work and in our communities. Giving back is one of the ways we live out that mindset and support something bigger than ourselves.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day, our Employee Ownership Committee (EOC) engaged all of our operating companies in a collective effort to support families in need. The result? Over 83 pounds of aluminum pop tabs were donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin last week!
