Reel Core is currently looking to fill some 2nd shift Production Assistant roles who will utilize their current skills and start a new career!

Reel Core offers college-level training and cross-training programs to build off skills that you already have!

In this Production/Process/QC Tech role you will:

Be cross-trained in quality, materials, machine operator and warehouser
Be utilized as a back-up in the different departments as needed by the shift supervisor
What you bring to the job:

A minimum of six months of experience in a manufacturing setting
Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment
Previous experience in forklift operation, quality control, warehouse
Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and a variety of tools
Strong desire for accuracy and high attention to detail skills
Self-motivated
Strong communication, reading and writing skills

2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 2 PM - 10 PM
Starting Wage $19.00/hr
3 weeks of hands-on training with a trainer
