We've been making parts in Wauseon, Ohio since 1983.

It's a small town in the northwest corner of the state, and it's where the entire company sits. Machines, offices, inspection, shipping — all of it under one roof.

Which means when you call, you're talking to somebody in the building where your parts are being made. That matters more than it sounds like it should. When a schedule moves or a print changes, there's nothing between the person who answers the phone and the person standing at the machine.
