Every supply has a home, down to the button maker.

This art studio was overflowing when we started — now every marker, mold, and spool of wire has its exact place, labeled and ready to grab.

Drawing supplies all live together now, the rolling carts are organized with paint supplies, clear drawers help contain the smaller categories, and several Elfa drawers manage the larger things.

The proof is in the details: The very first night after we finished this kitchen and pantry project, our client was able to make dinner 25 minutes faster than usual. Not because she cooked differently, but because she could find what she needed and put it back just as fast.

And that is what I call a SUCCESSFUL project! More function. Less time wasted. And it’s beautiful, as the cherry on top.

This kitchen and pantry belonged to our client who was already doing everything right — she just couldn’t find it as quickly as she wanted. The food storage cabinet drove her absolutely crazy. Her spices were really challenging to see and use. She needed help and she found us.

We started from scratch: emptied everything, sorted it, edited alongside her (kindly, but honestly), and rebuilt the zones around how she actually cooks and lives — not how a magazine says a pantry should look.

And the end result speaks for itself. Our client is thrilled, and she loves how we created solid zones for her kitchen and pantry.

This butler’s pantry from 1915 is absolutely stunning on the outside. But behind its (many) drawers and cabinets, we needed better storage.

To prep for our next project (the kitchen!), our goal was to lighten the load in this pantry, to create space for kitchen overflow. And boy, did we accomplish this goal! A few empty drawers and an entire lower cabinet are patiently waiting for their purpose in life. And waiting for their corresponding label.

There are so many ways to fold, but today I’m showing one method for folding denim. It’s largely dependent on HOW you store your jeans and where they live, but tri-folding worked great for a recent client of ours.

I’m showing how to fold all of my jeans (I’m up to 8 pair now!), and remember that the cut of these jeans matter. Wide leg will look very different on a shelf than skinny legs. Consistency is key!
