‼️ATTENTION BUTLER COUNTY RESIDENTS‼️
Patron letters have been mailed out along with instructions for permits for 2026. The county has moved to online dust control permits this year. You can find the link to fill one out below.
You may sign up for the Dust Control Permit from the Butler County website by going to https://butlercounty.iowa.gov and scroll down to Online Permits and click Engineer-Dust Control Permit or visit the Engineer’s section for link to dust control permit.
If you are unable to create a permit yourself, please contact the Butler County Engineer’s Office by phone at 319-346-6558 or email Susie Jacobs at [email protected] for assistance.
Your product, application and footage information will be hitting mailboxes soon so you can reference what you have done in the past when filling out your new permit.
