Quick cleaning tip: Many machines have this oil wick to keep the shuttle and lower gears lubricated. Every once in a while place "one" drop during your cleaning. Do not used canned air to blow this out thinking its lint - it will fly somewhere in your room and you will never find it again. If your machine does not have this wick, no worries, you can still place a drop of oil in the hole but sparingly. Thanks! R

I try to keep my powers as a meteorologist (weather predictor/gambler) at a minimum but as most novices can deduce - well, it's been a tad bit hot out and by the my continued purchase of deodorant, the 90s (not the decade) will continue for the next 3 weeks. However, I refuse to sit under my comfy AC unit without doing what I can do to help the summer season transition into "gone". I decided to change out my large celtic ring quilt to one that says, "Fall is just around the corner." A big thank you to Renee Stevenson who quilted it for me. No need to thank me, I am just doing my job. R
