What an honor it has been to create this outdoor living space for this incredible turn of the century home in Waxahachie, & for its kind and hospitable homeowners.
Our talented & thoughtful designer Sarah set us up for success with a unique, beautiful plan!
• A sidewalk & patio that reused vintage bricks original to the property,
• an outdoor structure that complements the home,
• lighting features throughout that are purposeful while being attractive both day & night,
• a perennial garden that is a nod to the time of the home's era,
• several water features, each unique on their own,
• a dog dig pit,
• a variety of different trees & lawn space,
• & a shade garden for the back of the property.
The neighborhood was abuzz with excitement from the first day we were on site. We met many neighbors strolling by to see what was happening each day. That was a lot of fun.
We have amazing teams at AO, each with their own set of talents. This project pulled from many of these: masons, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, irrigators, landscapers, tilers & painters. Each team left their stamp, worked together & did a wonderful job.
