Looking for space to lease for your business? Here are our favorite do's and don'ts:

Do's:
1. Scrutinize the lease terms, including rent, lease duration, responsibilities for repairs, maintenance, and any hidden costs. Seek legal advice if necessary. The Solutions Place standard lease is available for your review on our website.
2. Before signing, inspect the property thoroughly for any structural issues, maintenance needs, or compliance concerns. Ensure it meets safety and regulatory standards. Solutions Place undergoes regular inspections from the City of Waynesboro and our in house quality experts. We offer potential tenants the opportunity to visit as often as necessary and are always happy to facilitate inspections with your own building specialists.
3. Know what you are responsible for regarding maintenance, repairs, utilities, and insurance. Our lease clearly outlines each parties responsibilities and is always delivered with a comprehensive summary page.
4. Investigate the area, market trends, and the property's history. Understand the neighborhood's potential for your business and ensure the property aligns with your needs. We think that Waynesboro is an amazing place to locate your business! But don't take our word for it. Do your research!

Don'ts:
