AES contracts with Clients to handle the liquidation of whole or partial estates based on a commission of the total sales. AES handles the entire process, start to finish, with the goal of eliminating stress for Clients. Always confidential, AES offers free consultations to see if this is right for you. If not, AES will make referrals/suggestions for other options at no charge. Estate liquidations

or downsizing are most often needed in the event of the death of a loved one, or downsizing due to a move, such as moving to a retirement community. AES also offers a service to the community/customers in providing local estate sales (sometimes referred to as tag sales) that are clean and organized. Integrity is always the number one goal, achieved through honesty, transparency and good communication.

Toro Timecutter Max Zero Turn 50 inch deck. Used for one season. Comes with a pull behind utility wagon and two new replacement heavy duty tires. The gas cap was lost so that needs to be replaced. ( was 2,950 OBO)

First in a series to introduce my regular helpers.
This is Jimmy Clontz. I was fortunate to snag him after the Blue Moon owner retired. You know the saying... if you need something, ask the busiest person you know? That applies here. Jimmy is retired but you'd never know it. He continues to volunteer for the fire department where he has served for many years, is a very active member of his church, helps run a children's reading enhancement program during the summer, helps care for his mom ( his priority), and would literally give you the shirt off his back. He has a very sweet girlfriend and many friends and family members who love him, which says a lot about a person. He loves to go "junkin" and has been educating himself about antiques since he was a young man. He helps me tremendously, especially with tools! My husband calls him Jim Jimmy Jim JIMJIM. I call him my brother from another mother. We've known one another since high school. He is currently recovering from shoulder surgery (no more lifting!!!). Jimmy has been an answer to prayer. He isn't on FB but I plan to share any comments with him.

UPCOMING TOOL SALE to be held by appointment AFTER pricing is completed. Some items will be listed in advance. ( Target date 2nd week in July) This is an immaculate tool shop. The owner took such good care of everything. These are quick pics. There is also a Toro riding mower with pull behind wagon, very nice lumber, all drawers are FULL of nicely organized tools, vintage Schwinn Super Sport bicycle (in addition to the electric bike shown), a trailer listed for sale NOW, wheelbarrow, and lots more.

I've been working on the Beaverdam house sale, but that cannot happen until the house sells. So.... word of mouth referrals (for Haywood County) are welcome! I have to turn down sales primarily for these reasons:
- insufficient parking
- the owner(s) still live in the home
- all that's left is furniture and other things that don't sell well
- inadequate lead time to properly stage, price, advertise and hold a sale
I need at least three weeks, minimum. Thanks!
