RESEARCH OPPORTUNITY!! (PLEASE SHARE)
Join an important study of employee experiences!
This research study seeks employees who have been placed in the manager’s out-group -that is - the group of employees who have a low-quality relationship with the manager, and who do not benefit from additional attention and resources; when the employee believes he or she deserves to be in the manager’s in-group.
If you have had this experience in PAST or PRESENT employment, I welcome you to participate this research study. Participants in the study must be 19 years old and must have had the experience of being placed in the manager’s out-group when he or she believed placement in the in-group was warranted. The participant cannot be a current student of mine at one of the universities I teach at, nor currently employed at a company I am actively working with through my consulting firm, Hire and Inspire, LLC.
Your participation will involve one interview, lasting approximately 1.5 hours in length, and a brief follow-up meeting to verify results of the interview. The interview will be digitally recorded for transcription purposes. Your identity will be withheld.
