Hello Everyone,

I wanted to share a positive and uplifting message today.

Dewitt Jones is a former National Geographic photographer and popular speaker.

In this Ted Talk he speaks about "Celebrating What is Right in the World". Please take some quiet time to watch the video (especially if you are struggling). It will give you new inspiration and purpose.

Hire and Inspire, LLC has been busy working hard lately completing many cool projects. Human capital strategic planning sessions, qualitative focus groups of managers, customers, and employees to provide relevant feedback, building out customized managerial and leadership development programs, auditing performance management systems to name a few. FANTASTIC STUFF! Question....do you have your human capital plans in place for 2019?

I can't believe Hire and Inspire, LLC is eight years old this month! Stronger than ever and experiencing incredible growth. I love being an entrepreneur!

Thank you to all those who have supported me through this journey.
I adopted a park today to commemorate the anniversary of a company that has given me so much. Now it is my turn to give back :)

I would not be the person I am today without Hire and Inspire, LLC. Built on the premise of aligning people around strategy and creating the infrastructure to sustain it. Thank you to all the people who have helped me in the pursuit of my dream.

Great changes are coming in 2018!

Finished up a fantastic three day management training with an AMAZING group of leaders. Wonderful company who "hires" the right people and "inspires" them to higher levels of performance. I love my clients!
