This professional service provides on-site and mobile Drug and/or Alcohol testing for business clients and companies in the Transportation Industry - Trucking, School Bus, Railroad as well as other Clients requiring a DOT/non-DOT company drug and alcohol monitoring program under FMCSA, DOT, FTA, etc. I am a certified CDL Medical Examiner and listed under the National Registry of Certified Medical

Examiners (NRCME) able to perform CDL Driver medical exams. In addition, I provide mobile and on-site DOT drug and alcohol testing services for industries to include Pre-employment, Random, Post-MVA, For Cause, Court ordered monitoring services, etc. NOMAD also provides other non-DOT drug/alcohol testing services, as per company policy requirements. On-site management of injured worker programs under Workers Comp is also available, as well as other Occupational Health related consulting services.
