Luke brings strong political and operational experience to VFO, helping manage projects and support field programs across the country.

Before joining VFO, Luke served as Campaign Manager for Congressman John Moolenaar and also worked with the Republican National Committee, giving him valuable insight into campaign operations and political strategy.

Our team was on the ground in Iowa, working across six rural counties to help a client qualify for the ballot.

Victory Field Operations is excited to welcome Luke Derheim to the VFO leadership team as our new Senior Project Manager.

Luke brings an impressive background in campaign management, legislative leadership, and national political operations. His experience includes serving as Campaign Manager for Congressman John Moolenaar, District Representative in the Congressman’s office, and Legislative Director for State Representative Bill G. Schuette. He also managed Bill Schuette’s successful campaign for HRCC Chair and has completed political work with both the Republican National Committee and the Republican Party of Virginia.

Luke also served as President of the College Republicans at Saginaw Valley State University, where he now holds the title of President Emeritus.

As Victory Field Operations continues expanding ballot access and high-performance field programs across the country, bringing experienced operators onto our team is critical to maintaining the level of ex*****on our clients expect.

Luke understands campaigns. He understands operations. And most importantly — he understands how to execute when it matters most.

Big day in Michigan. 🇺🇸

Today the Citizens Only Voting constitutional amendment campaign submitted over 750,000 signatures to the Michigan Bureau of Elections to place this measure on the ballot.

Victory Field Operations was honored to partner with MICHCOV to help lead the volunteer signature collection effort across the state.

More than 17,000 volunteer circulators stepped up to be part of this effort — collecting signatures in their communities, talking with neighbors, and helping move this proposal forward.

This was truly a statewide team effort, and we are incredibly grateful to the thousands of volunteers who made this possible.

The submitted signatures now move to the Michigan Secretary of State’s office for certification, the next step toward placing this constitutional amendment on the November 2026 ballot.

Proud of our team and proud to support the citizens who stepped up to make their voices heard.

Today, our CEO & Co-Founder Meghan Reckling was honored to speak at the press conference launching the citizens’ initiative for a constitutional amendment to ensure that only citizens are voting in Michigan elections — and that real photo ID becomes part of our state Constitution.

Victory Field Operations is proud to be part of the team with Americans for Citizens Only Voting - Michigan leading the volunteer petition collection effort. This is a grassroots movement, and together we will secure the integrity of Michigan’s elections.
