🤔 Did you know your bio can make or break your bookings?

One of our hosts simply made her bio more personal — even mentioning her college background.

Result? A $383.26 booking came in right after… then another $1,121.69 booking!

The guest even said they booked because they went to the same college. 🎓

Guests book with people they relate to — not just properties. 🏡

✅ Action Step: Refresh your listing bio today. Add a personal touch (your story, your “why,” even where you studied).

This morning’s Life, Family & Business Bible Talk really hit me. We looked at Paul’s encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus — one moment that redirected his entire life and mission. And Jesus Himself… only three short years of ministry, but eternal impact.

📖 “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.” – Psalm 90:12

It’s a sobering but freeing reminder: our time is short, but our mission matters. Love your family deeply. Lead your business with eternity in mind. Walk out your calling with courage — as if today were your last day. ❤️

He will test your patience, allow seasons of waiting, and even let you walk through moments of isolation. At times, it feels heavy, confusing, and unfair—but it’s never wasted.

God is not punishing you, He is preparing you. Every delay is teaching you endurance. Every challenge is strengthening your faith. Every lonely season is drawing you closer to Him.

Before He gives you the life you dream of, He is building the version of you that is ready, strong, and mature enough to carry it. So if you feel like everything is being stripped away, hold on—because that’s often the sign that God is about to do something greater than you can imagine. 🌟

Trust His process. Your breakthrough is on the other side of your obedience and faith.

🙌 Happy Monday, Family!

📖 “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much…” – Luke 16:10

When we steward the small things well, God can entrust us with bigger blessings. It’s not about shortcuts—it’s about faithfulness in the process.

In our community, it started with small ACH deposits—$95 to $500 at a time. Through consistency and stewardship, those deposits grew into $30,397.76 in May alone. We’ve also seen outdated properties transformed into thriving listings through the same discipline.

🔥 We celebrate this because it shows what God can do when we’re faithful with little and consistent in action.
Here’s the reminder: growth doesn’t happen overnight. There are no shortcuts. But when you change yourself, steward well, and keep showing up, the results multiply.

Most short-term rental hosts stop at 1 listing. They get comfortable. Complacent. But here’s the truth: comfort never created freedom.

Our brother Gichard Dorm hard just reminded us of this during his recent trip. While enjoying time with family in Rochester & Canada, he:

🏡 Visited his own property as a guest to see what truly needed updating

🔧 Made improvements instead of coasting

🤝 Connected with our Growth Team (meeting John in person!)

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Created memories with his loved ones while the business kept running

💡 His message? Don’t stop at 1. Steward what you’ve been given and keep growing.
