I have been inspecting homes for 20 years... 2nd correct installation of drop down stairs in a garage I have seen. Needs drywall on the back to maintain fire separation integrity for the attic spaces. Well almost correct, they dropped the ball installing exterior screws instead of nails in the ceiling frame. Screws do not have the shear strength that nails have.

This is not how you install a standing seam metal roof. The lower edge should have been hemmed and hooked around the drip edge. The ends of the standing seams should have been tabbed and bent over to close the opening. You should see no fasteners on a standing seam roof. Make sure you get your new home inspected in the 11th month before your 1-year warranty expires. Your builder won't be happy, but you will.

This is why you get a home inspection... Water heater flue is completely disconnected dumping carbon monoxide into the home. Be safe out there!
