BOLLITOS DE QUESO
3tazas de harina
2cditas polvo de hornear
1cdita de sal
2tazas queso cheddar rallado
media taza de cebollin picado fino
1taza puré de papa (2papas grandes peladas hervidas y hechas puré no agregar sal)
115gr de mantequilla derretida
1taza de natilla ( crema ácida o sour cream)
2huevos

En un tazón o en la batidora colocar la harina,polvo de hornear,sal,queso cheddar rallado y cebollin mezclar bien luego agregar el puré de papa,mantequilla derretida,natilla y los huevos mezclar muy bien,colocar la mezcla en moldecitos de quequitos medianos bien engrasados hornear a 350grados f por 20minutos o al dorar,servir calientes o tibios.
