Firstly, Apologies to everyone. To those I've spoken too recently know I've been extremely busy. Currently I am not able to accept new jobs or clients and I won't have any availability until February or very begining of March. I do appreciate everyone allowing me to work for them and even preferring me. Been a blessing. Looking forward to the new year and getting some availability so I can continue to meet and do work for more great people.

Was in High Point, North Carolina past Sunday. Don't normally work on Sundays but had a property owner that had an emergency service call situation with a small window between their guests check out and check in times.
Beautiful rental property with an amazing interior design and has an amazing in-ground pool located in private fenced in back yard. Owner resolves issues when they arise and keeps cleaning crew working around the clock which is a great sign of care for guest. So if anyone's interested in renting for an occasion I can pass on the info to owner.

Property was having supply pressure issues. During inspection I discovered main shut off valve was sticking somewhat even though lever would move. Was able to get it working properly again and send more pressure to home. Also drained and cleaned out gunk from water heater as well as any excess air in system. Inspecting supply lines throughout home and serviced a few problems areas sections consisting of 90 degree fittings.
Major issue was 3rd upstair bathroom in masters was not filling, and when it did it would take 15-20 mins to fill. Fixing some of the pressure issues helped but main culprit was filler valve was not operating correctly. Internal screen was clogged, and the small rubber piston in top was stuck. Was able to take apart and correct issues to get operating correctly again without having to purchase a new filler valve. Now takes under a minute to fill as it should.
Minor issue of dishwasher not properly secured. Everytime a guest would open and pull out both drawers with a load the dishwasher would fall forward. Was able to install brackets and properly secure dishwasher.
During my time there I was also requested to install braces for one of the upstairs bedroom bed framing and change out some hard to access bulb locations which I happily did for them.

Was in Winston-Salem, North Carolina for a homeowner that had an emergency and needed help. They have a very nice open fenced in pet lot with brand new Astro turf. Unfortunately a mishap caused fence section to break and come out leaving 8x3ft section opening which is not good for pets. They had got a quote from the fence company which was gonna charge them a whooping $590 to fix. Luckily I was able to go and resolve the issue for them and give them their peace of mind back. People that know me know my moto, "fair pay for fair work". I managed to save them $515 on this repair which they were so grateful they tipped me very generously and it was much appreciated.

So I'll say it again, blessed 😇 to meet and work for so many wonderful people!

Was in Thomasville, NC, had a homeowner that recently purchased some new luxury vinyl flooring, a new bathroom counter, and a new toilet that needed to be installed. She purchased the flooring from a local discount flooring vendor in Thomasville. She got a wonderful deal for some good quality floor LVP Id have to recommend as I like it myself. I'll bump info to whoever is interested for themselves. The toilet was n newer style Kohler which I loved. Has a housing that secured down to floor over Johnny ring which helps protect it. And if you've seen and changed as many as I have you'll understand how great this setup can be. It also has pivoting braces that fasten to toilet and pulls toilet down to floor very tight and secure.

LVP looks ten times better than the old 70's style linoleum that was down when homeowner purchased home years ago. Got it done and looks wonderful. Now waiting for new faucet to come in, then will return to install that along with new trim moulding, quarter round, new hardwood door trim and finish up with repainting bathroom.

Also have another bathroom to remodel, new kitchen counter install, closet remodels, and new deck to build at this location for this homeowner I'll be working on as time goes on.

Was in Blue Ridge Mountains N.C. to look at a beautiful breathtaking cabin for a homeowner that needed repairs. Had some internal water damage in corner around the stone fireplace that needed work. Open ceiling wood shingles needing to be put in and secured. Quite a bit of trim work to install including crown moulding and quarter round. Had a gutter near back door where sealant in connector piece had deteriorated causing drips onto deck and back door. The deck is an important feature in this particular cabin as it is what secures cabin and is a massive 1000sq ft deck at a height of 50ft. Was needing some minor repairs, pressure washing, stain and sealant. Whole third floor under cabin needed remolding including new walls, sheetrock, water lines, shower, bathtub, toilet, and washer and dryer installs.

Managed to grab a few pics of deer roaming the area. Herds just walking around not worried about people there in Blue Ridge.

Was in High Point, North Carolina late evening for a property owner where the cleaning crew, Complete Cleaning Co. on-site had reported a vent was falling out of ceiling. They had a guest checking in following morning so they needed it resolved asap. During inspection a simple job became more complicated as sheetrock around vent was damaged and was unable to secure anything. Lucky was able to get to flanges from ductwork and make new secure points for sheetrock and vent. With a butterfly fitting and some hardware was able to resolve issue for them.

Was in Asheboro, North Carolina late evening on a emergency call from a homeowner that was experiencing plumbing issues. Reported bathroom would not drain and just really needed someone's help. When I arrived I checked and cleaned the 30ft drain line from house to street which had some debris but not the issue. Unfortunately had to go under home and check rest of the lines. Issue was narrowed down to old steel trap near the bathroom tub area which I managed to remove clog and get drain flowing properly again.

Worst news, while I was under home back outside sprayer was used and noticed it gushing water. It had a whole on top of brass pipe which caused it to gush massive amounts of water when backyard sprayer was used. Over time it had already started doing damage and rotting floor joist up under home. And to make matters worse, 7ft away from there the whole drain lines for kitchen sink had defeated. So Everytime homeowners used the kitchen sink, water would overflow out of damaged and mostly missing clean out cap causing huge amounts of water to drain out on to ground under house. It had already started to carry away dirt out from under house foundation. Gave report and pictures to homeowner so we can get it resolved when they are ready and able.

Day late and dollar short as they say. Been so busy ain't had a free moment to post here on Facebook and I apologize. But now that I have a moment I'm gonna share a few post of projects I've currently been working on for people as of late.

Homeowner in Asheboro, North Carolina purchased new carpet they needed put down in their closet area. Old carpet and padding was ruined by past homeowners animals. New carpet looks great. They purchased it for a good price from a local vendor in Asheboro which I can get the name for if anyone is interested. Was good quality.

Also installed new hardware for their cabinets and drawers in kitchen area which came from Europe which she purchased on Etsy. Fantastic quality and super nice. Great hardware really make cabinets stand out.

Hey N.C. just checking in with you guys. Was in High Point, North Carolina today working on a rental property for a PM. Had some gutters needing to be cleaned. Weeds, plants, and a lot of debris had started taking over. Was able to get them cleared and draining properly around home.

Spent remainder of time pressure washing home. Again, dirt, stains, and cobwebs had started taking over this beautiful home. Didn't get any screens shot of it before hand unfortunately but the after shots look great. Was extremely happy after job was complete.

And for those always interested in the new tools and toys I purchased and try out, I do have another recommendation for you guys. Some weeks back I purchased a new telescoping wand made by Reach. After several times of using it I definitely have to shout it out. Not a sponsor, as I'm not with anything I share but a lot of people like to hear about new things or product they may be currently searching for themselves. I will include a screenshot of it for you guys.

As for schedule, I will be in Winston-Salem, North Carolina tomorrow, Asheboro, North Carolina Thursday, and Boone, North Carolina Friday. May be out and about this weekend and have jobs scheduled next week. I'm basically wherever you guys need me!✌️

Hey N.C. Was out and about today staying busy as always for all of you guys. This afternoon had a call came in from from a property owner about the A/C not working in one of their properties where they had guest currently staying.

After troubleshooting and diagnostic testing, the condenser fan was locked up on motor of smaller unit. Worked on bearings and shaft and got to un-seize. Lubricated shaft and bearings afterwards. Motor itself seems fine and no permanent damage was done to it. Capacitor, contacter, and condenser pump, voltage, fuses all checked out and okay.

Inside the furnace both supply filters and return filters were clogged bad restricting airflow. Also the big return vent upstairs filter was completely clogged. Absolutely no air was going back into return from upstairs. I removed for now and will get filters and put in when there are no guest there. All voltage was okay, had 220 volts coming into blower, and into transformer and 24v coming out of transformer to control board. Control board seemed to be working properly as well.

Happy conclusion and got A/C working properly and guest happy and cooling off. Was a good day and happy I could take care of the issue for all parties involved. And came to the conclusion I need to be making YouTube videos lol.

TGIF N.C. In Clemmons NC today. A homeowner contacted me and wanted to schedule me to remove old rotted window sills where brown rot had set in and install some new ones. Getting the second one out now and will be installing new one here soon. Update, new sills installed, and client wanted to go ahead and replace old rotten trim as well for some fresh new trim. Had a few spots where rot had gotten too so I needed to do some bondo. Iit will need to cure for a few days. Will return to sand and paint once client is ready.
