Mr. Bone was a joy to work with and his passing is a tremendous loss to our community. May his memory be a blessing to all who were privileged enough to know him. Kelly & Sandra

Halifax Community College extends its deepest condolences to the family, friends, colleagues, and former students of Mr. Jason Bone, Industrial Systems Technology Instructor and Program Chair.

Mr. Bone was a valued member of the Halifax Community College family for 37 years, and his dedication, leadership, and commitment to student success left a lasting impact on countless lives across our campus and community.

Through his years of service, Mr. Bone helped shape the future of many students by sharing his knowledge, guidance, and passion for education. He will be remembered not only for his professional contributions, but also for the relationships he built and the care he showed to those around him.

During this time of loss, the thoughts and prayers of the Halifax Community College family are with the Bone family and all who knew and loved him.

Service Details: A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at The Centre at HCC (Halifax Community College) with Reverend Gary Parks officiating. The family will receive friends and family immediately after the service.
