PSA: Don't forget LLC Annual Reports were due on April 15th. If you haven't filed yet, NOW is the time get it done. The NC SOS will shortly send out one Notice of Dissolution before Administratively Dissolving LLCs without Annual Reports completed. Please don't pay anyone to complete your LLC Annual Report. Your SBC is happy to assist you with this for FREE!

It's that time of year again! If you're new here, the SBC is required to collect annual impact surveys to document our impact in the communities we serve. These surveys, sent via email from FORMSITE are confidential and the data is reported as a county total to protect business privacy. The data is used to determine our funding for next year and is critical to our ability to continue providing our services to local entrepreneurs! If you've ever attended any training programs, received counseling, received assistance in completing your LLC/DBA forms and other startup functions, we greatly appreciate your completing this short survey. Remember, YOU are an employee of your business so make sure you count yourself as a job created (or supported if you're not a startup)! Kelly is happy to answer any questions you may have!
