No matter your stage in life, I highly recommend reading or listening to The Algebra of Wealth: A Simple Formula for Financial Security by Scott Galloway.

The audiobook is recorded in his own voice, which is interesting when you get to hear his intended inflection, and it flows well considering the topic. Chapters are long and the content is heavy, but Scott has a way of making it extremely digestible.

This is more true that a lot of people want to admit. How you handle adversity is sometimes even more important than how you handle success.

If you haven't had to deal with major disappointment, loss, being fired, a terrible diagnosis, or something to any of those very different degrees, consider yourself extremely fortunate.

But I'd venture to say, you're at a bit of a disadvantage. How we handle things changes drastically at various stages of our lives, and drawing on prior experiences is usually the best way through.

Take some time to practice tempering your emotions. Read news articles and truly put yourself in the shoes of the main character. It's not the same, but it's always worth it to practice harder than you play.

It matters! 🎯💯
