FYI In the town of Wells we are provided with brown and yellow recycle bins from Hometown.
1. Items to go into them are: newspapers, magazines, envelopes and letters. Shredded paper can no longer go in there, it has to be trash.
2. Cardboard can be put into them but please break them down so they don't take up so much room. In the yard the bins get full fast if you don't. Pizza boxes are trash because they have the grease on them from the pizza.
3. Glass jars and aluminum cans need to be cleaned out. If you keep food in them turn them into trash. Glass from beer bottles, kitchen plates and cups, glasses from the table do not qualify. They are a whole different kind of glass and need to turn into trash.
4. Plastics are cleaned out jugs from the kitchen or household. Nothing much qualifies other than this. No plastic bags of any sort are recycled. Just because it is plastic does not mean it can be recycled.
5. Anything torn off of a building is demolition (a whole different category) and needs to be taken care of differently.
6. Styrofoam is not recycled. Also trash.
Hopes this helps. We want to keep our recycle bins.

Wells Marketplace will no longer by providing blue bags. They can now be purchased at Neubauer Oil. $30.00 for ten bags. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Message from a satisfied customer. "During the construction phase of our house. Milt would ensure I had whatever I needed whether it was a dumpster, to empty a dumpster or information to make my construction go as smoothly as possible. I was new to the area and this man became a valuable asset to me and it turned into a true car nut friend. I can honestly say I would have not been able to build the house without this man. It's hard to believe he wants to retire! All hours of the day, week, night I would see him coming and going taking care of business. I've done projects all over this country and this man, his company with high values and high standards are hard to find in today's world,,! What a great pleasure ."
