The Wellston Area Chamber of Commerce would like to officially welcome the Wellston Dairy Queen to our growing membership roster!

Our Dairy Queen is a local landmark on Pennsylvania Avenue that has been serving hot and cold treats for decades. Check them out for delicious food on the go, or for dine in, or have your order Door Dashed to your home or business.

Ice cream products, cold drinks, hot dogs, burgers, frozen cakes, specialty drinks, and take-home frozen treats are always available at your Wellston Dairy Queen. Located at 1100 South Pennsylvania Avenue, DQ is open seven days a week from 10:30 am until 10 pm. Phone number is 740-384-3355.

Our September General Business Meeting has been moved to Wednesday night September 9th because of the Labor Day holiday on Monday and to coincide with the first day of the Wellston Ohillco Festival.

5 PM at 6 East Broadway Street — the second floor of the Thacker Building. One of the big items we will be discussing is planning for the annual meeting and member’s dinner in October.

Your Wellston Area Chamber of Commerce was honored to be part of the Grand Opening and ribbon-cutting this afternoon at Humbled Roots Family Healthcare LLC.

Located at 107 South Ohio Avenue, this new healthcare facility is owned and staffed by Breanna Morgan, a Nurse Practitioner and 2011 graduate of Wellston High School. Breanna was formerly with Holzer Health System as an NP before branching out on her own. Children and adult patients are welcome at Humbled Roots Family Healthcare LLC.

The new clinic is located between the former Louvee Theater and Ohio Valley Bank where Chic and Sassy Boutique operated for many years. The phone number is 740-979-9521 and they have a brand new page. We encourage you to like and follow Humbled Roots Family Healthcare LLC.

We'd also like to recognize Breanna's husband Jesse and their children Cambrie, Weston, and Sawyer. As anyone who ever started a locally-owned business will tell you, the whole family worked hard and gave their complete support to make the dream happen. We are so happy for all of you!

We are honored to have both Holzer Health System and Holzer Wellston Jenkins Memorial Clinic as members of the Wellston Area Chamber of Commerce.

Holzer Wellston Jenkins Memorial Clinic is located on Jenkins Memorial Drive, just off State Route 327 in the south end of town. Turn at Jerry’s Do-It Center and follow the signs up the hill.

Many people confuse the Clinic as being part of Jenkins Memorial Nursing Home next-door. Both facilities share a similar name but they are owned and managed by two different organizations.

Jenkins Memorial Clinic is part of the Holzer Health System family. They are a primary care medical facility with laboratory and x-ray services on site. Many medical procedures and diagnostic testing can occur right here in your hometown without the need to drive elsewhere. It’s not an Urgent Care center, but more of a family practice physician’s group.

Holzer Wellston Jenkins Memorial Clinic has excellent physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other healthcare staff on site ready to tend to your medical needs. Several practitioners are accepting new patients.

We’d like to welcome VIVA JALISCO MEXICAN RESTAURANT as a Charter Member of the Wellston Area Chamber of Commerce!

Your Wellston Area Chamber of Commerce was honored to be part of the Grand Opening and ribbon-cutting this morning at the new Wellston Laundromat.

Located at 1451 South Pennsylvania Avenue, this is a brand new, full-service laundromat using the latest equipment. The facility is open 24 hours a day and has an extensive security and camera system in place for your protection. This is great for anyone who does shift work or has a nontraditional work schedule.

The Wellston Chamber presented a gift basket to owner Joel Pollard prior to this morning‘s ceremony. Chamber officers Scot Sturgill, Renee Wheatley, and Rick Callebs were on hand representing our organization.

The Wellston Laundromat is now open for business. We sincerely hope you’ll stop by and take advantage of this beautiful facility.
