Today is SIGN MFG Day!

Twin Clover Sign and Graphics is proud to be a part of Sign MFG Day created by the International Sign Association (ISA) in conjunction with the National Association of Manufacturers.

We had the privilege of opening our doors to associates from the St. Charles County CAPS program and giving them a behind-the-scenes look at an industry most people interact with every single day yet never think about everything that goes into it.

Signs are everywhere.

Behind every sign are designers, fabricators, print and production specialists, installers, project managers, sales professionals and skilled tradespeople who turn an idea into something real.

We loved introducing the next generation to the sign, graphics, and visual communications industry and showing students that there are incredible career paths available beyond the ones they may already know about.

We were especially proud to share the Twin Clover story, including the fact that building a career doesn't always happen in a perfectly straight line. Sometimes you reinvent yourselves multiple times. Sometimes you find your path by trying, learning, creating, building relationships and being willing to take an opportunity when it appears.

Thank you to Dan Tripp and St. Charles County CAPS for bringing your associates into our shop, and thank you to our Twin Clover team for helping us give them a real look at what we do every day.

Maybe yesterday we met a future designer, future installer, and/or a few future business owners.

Do you know the story behind the Tom Shaw Freedom Walk for Charities?

Tom Shaw Sr. believed that stronger communities are created when people, businesses and civic leaders work together across boundaries. He helped establish the organization now known as Progress 64 West, which encouraged collaboration between St. Louis and St. Charles counties.

Today, the foundation and Tom Jr Shaw continues that legacy through community involvement and pride along with charitable giving. The annual Freedom Walk brings people together while raising awareness and funds for organizations serving our region.

This year’s Freedom Walk will be held:

Sunday, October 11, 2026
Good News Brewing in Defiance, Missouri
Registration begins 8:30 am
Ceremony begins at 10:00 am
Walk at 10:30 am

Registration is $30 per participant and includes an event T-shirt when completed by October 1. Children under five may participate free without a T-shirt.

Whether you choose to walk, donate, sponsor or simply learn more, this is a meaningful opportunity to support an organization working to connect communities and carry forward a legacy of service.
