Retirement Announcement: After more than 40 incredible years in the retail loss prevention and consulting industry, Mark R. Doyle is retiring as President of Jack L. Hayes International effective 8/31/26. He will, however, continue to serve the company as a business consultant.
Beginning his career working side-by-side with Jack L. Hayes and leading the company since 2007, Mark has devoted his career to helping retailers and manufacturers strengthen operations, reduce shrinkage, and improve profitability. His leadership of The Hayes Report on Loss Prevention Newsletter for 41 years and the Annual Retail Theft Survey for 35 years has helped inform and shape the LP industry.
Reflecting on his retirement, Mark shared:
"It has been an absolute honor to work alongside so many talented colleagues, clients, and mentors throughout my career. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to serve an industry I care so deeply about. As I step away from daily operations, I look forward to spending more time with my family, pursuing personal interests, and enjoying life’s next chapter. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this incredible journey—it has truly been a privilege."
