Everyone needs a personal productivity team. Whoโs on yours?
Even if youโre a solo entrepreneur, you have a lawyer, an accountant, an insurance person, and maybe a few other key people on your team.
Then there are the โon callโ team members. People you can turn to to fill specific roles in your life and your business.
Like the consultants, coaches, and industry friends who give you guidance and feedback, and help you develop your skills.
The people in your personal life who you can trust to cover key tasks (walking the dog, feeding the kids) so you can really focus on work when youโre at work.
The mentor you consult when you just donโt know what to do next, or need a reality check.
Maybe a physical therapist, trainer, and/or talk therapist who helps you stay physically and mentally strong.
Everyoneโs wired differently, so your team might be a lot bigger or smaller than someone elseโs. But itโs worth thinking about whoโs on your team, and all the places you can turn when you need support.
If you could use help taking control of your time, reach out; Iโd be happy to be part of your team!
