We know it is getting greener out there but with today's low humidity and high winds forecasted combined with dry vegetation it is the perfect scenario for a small controlled fire to get out of control. Call your local warden before any burning takes place.

Tonight we recognized Retired Captain Richard Rice for dedicating over three decades to our department and it's surrounding communities. We couldn't plan a big celebration because he may have said he was too busy to stop by so we did what firefighters do and loaded the Engine and headed up the hill. Thank You Richard and know the door is always open.
