Prime Services is looking for a highly experienced Lead Operator
who can read plans and run jobs independently in the field.

We’re looking for someone who understands excavation and site work at a high level not just how to run equipment, but how to execute projects correctly from layout to finished grade.

Our work includes:
• Excavation & Site Work
• Stormwater & Drainage
• Foundation & Addition Excavation
• Grading
• Utility & Pipe Work
• Retaining Walls
• Custom Residential Projects

Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret grading, drainage, utility, and foundation plans
• Set elevations using laser/transit
• Operate excavators and skid steers with precision
• Install stormwater systems, pipe, and drainage structures
• Execute rough/final grading and foundation excavation
• Lead small crews and keep projects moving efficiently

Requirements:
• 8+ years excavation/site work experience
• Strong understanding of plans and elevations
• Experience with stormwater, grading, and foundations
• Ability to work independently in the field
• CDL Class A preferred

Equipment:
• Kubota KX080-5 Excavator
• Kubota SVL95-2 Skid Steer
• Newer trucks and equipment

Prime Services is looking for a Class A CDL driver who can haul equipment and operate machines when needed.

Starting pay: $25/hr and up depending on experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities include:
• Hauling equipment with truck & trailer
• Operating skid steers and excavators
• Excavation, grading, and site work
• Assisting with manual labor when needed

📍 Based in Chester County, PA
Work day typically starts at the shop to pick up the truck and equipment before heading to the job site.
