I was honored to have the opportunity to speak last Tuesday at the Pennsylvania Association of Licensed Investigators (PALI) Conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

It was a great event and an opportunity to spend time with fellow investigators, reconnect with longtime colleagues, and meet many new professionals from throughout the investigative industry.

Professional education and the sharing of knowledge and experience are so important to the work we do. Conferences like this give us the opportunity to learn from one another, strengthen our profession, and build relationships with colleagues who share our commitment to conducting professional and ethical investigations.

Thank you to the PALI Board, conference organizers, and everyone involved in putting together another outstanding event. I appreciate the invitation to be part of this year's program and to share some of my own experiences with the attendees.

Great job to everyone involved, and thank you to all who attended!

If your defense strategy doesn't include an investigator, you may be leaving reasonable doubt on the table.

After 40 years in investigations, I've built a CLE-eligible program for criminal defense attorneys and bar associations on when to bring in an investigator, stress-testing the evidence, digital evidence today, and preparing findings for testimony.

Here's a quick look: 60–90 minutes, in person or virtual, CLE-eligible.

Happy to bring this to your firm or bar association; reach out if you'd like to talk details.

I’m really looking forward to returning to my Loss Prevention roots, reconnecting with old friends, and meeting new ones along the way.

To my LP and Asset Protection friends in the area, I hope you can join us for a great day of networking and professional development.
